The RMV-3M Guntank was a variant of the RMV-1 Guntank II deployed after the end of the One Year War in UC 0080. The Guntank seated two in its head-mounted cockpit, and an additional two in its body. As a ground combat unit, the Guntank was armed with two 120mm cannons in its lower body and two 2-tube missile launchers in the place of arms. The Guntank also featured a shovel mounted on the front of its body for clearing obstacles. Between 18-23 Guntank units were deployed immediately after the end of the war to Africa to mop up Zeon remnants. During these operations, two units were destroyed and one was damaged.
