Based off of the EMS-06 Batalla, the EMS-09 Vagon was developed to cover the Jupiter Empire’s weakness in the field of ground combat. Its primary noteworthy feature was the treads mounted on its shoulders and feet, which could combine into large wheels for high speed ground movement. Equipment wise, the Vagon wielded the same beam rifle as the Batalla. A number of Vagons were employed in the defense of the Empire’s base on the Jovian moon of Io, where they provided the Crossbone Vanguard with a tough fight (but were ultimately defeated).
