The Corvette Booster was a mobile suit support vehicle developed by the Earth Federation Forces during the One Year War. The Corvette Booster allowed ground mobile suits to take to the air, either by holding onto hand grips below the craft or standing on it as a sub-flight system. The Corvette Booster featured a one-person cockpit located next to the mobile suit hand grips. The Corvette Booster was armed with a pair of vulcan guns, but it could also optionally mount two rocket launchers and four missiles. In August UC 0080, mobile suit pilot Bianca Carlyle used a Corvette Booster to help defend the assault carrier Spartan when it came under attack from the brainwashed forces of the breakaway South Seas Alliance.
