The Flagger II is an improved version of the Flagger combat hovercraft. Whereas the Flagger requires the pilot to stand in an exposed cockpit area, the Flagger II features a seated cockpit design. The Flagger II is armed with a single machine gun mounted on the forward end of the craft. The original Flagger remains in service even after the introduction of the Flagger II, and both craft types are used to patrol the streets of Megazone 23 and hunt down rebellious factions, such as the Trash biker gang.
