Model Suit Gunpla Builders Beginning D is a two-volume manga series originally released in Japan from 2011-2012. It is a side story to the 2010 ONA series Model Suit Gunpla Builders Beginning G. Written by Tomohiro Chiba, it was serialized in Dengeki Hobby Magazine. The story focuses on Shingo Asume, a high school student who builds custom Gunpla and participates in Gunpla Battle. The manga has not been officially released in English.
