A mass production frontline unit used by the Oldsmobile Army in the early UC 0120s, the OMS-06RF RF Zaku bears a strong resemblance to the MS-06F Zaku II used by the old Principality of Zeon during the One Year War in UC 0079. Despite its outward appearance, the RF Zaku ("RF" being short for "ReFined") is actually quite modern in its internal design, sporting an overall performance better than the Neo Zeon AMS-119 Geara Doga. Unlike the original Zaku II, the RF Zaku can use a variety of contemporary beam weapons, and it also mounts a pair of linked vulcan guns in its right shoulder shield.
