The EMA-03 Kangrijo is new mobile weapon for the Jupiter Empire, designed rather surprisingly with the keywords being "cheap" and "easy to produce." Intended for use during the invasion of Earth, the Kangrijo is made to be easy to mass produce and to work in concert with mobile suit teams. Its body features a deceptively basic arrangement, consisting of twin hulls, the left containing nothing but its generator and the right mounting a large mega particle cannon. This simple set-up gives the Kangrijo excellent cost-performance, and the Empire does indeed field several units during their attempt to invade and destroy Earth in UC 0133.
